This app encourages people to set a pushup goal and stick to it. Eventually, it will have the ability to create groups amongst friends and track each person's progress towards the goal. It is an honor system. If you choose to incorrectly track pushups or use poor form, you're only cheating yourself.

Goals have been moved to Daily Log with buttons to change it in Daily Log or Settings.
Try out the pushup variations in the Variations tab.
